I leave behind templates, training, and workplans so clients can repeat and deepen the work without needing me forever. I know we need as many people as possible literate in power sharing to build towards lasting peace.

Democratic practices in the US are outdated. I regularly convene with global networks of democracy practitioners. I study the boring details of new voting systems and broad concepts of democracy.

Hard constraints don't scare me. Give me political realities, messy stakeholders, and tight timelines. I have a track record of turning complexity into novel design, like the world's first PB process designed during COVID.
